Please Note: After completing the online enrolment form, you’ll need to download the XAPsmile app and log in using the same email address provided on your enrolment form. This is how we’ll communicate with you about your child’s waitlist status, placement offers and future Kindergarten updates.

EXISTING FAMILIES

If you currently have a child attending Goondiwindi Kindergarten, or you have previously had a child attend, please add your new child to the waiting list through the XAPsmile app.

1. Log in to your XAPsmile app.
2. If you’ve forgotten your password, select Forgot Password to create a new one (we recommend saving it for future use).
3. Tap Family.
4. Under Children, tap the green + button.
5. Enter your child’s details.
6. Click Save and Next.
7. Select Recurring Booking.
8. Under Program, select your child’s eligible Kindy year (refer to the “When Does My Child Start Kindy?” guide on the right), then choose either:
   
   • Group A (Monday & Tuesday), or
   • Group B (Thursday & Friday)
9. Click Submit.
